We provide our Customers with demographic data about specific TV programming and advertisements viewed by households and related reporting and tracking to understand the effectiveness of these programs and advertisements.

This means that we may not deny you services or charge you different prices or rates for services or provide you with a different level or quality of services (or suggest that we will do so), in response to a request. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request to know, request to correct, or request to delete on your behalf. An agent may be an individual or a business entity. COLLECTION OF SENSITIVE PERSONAL INFORMATION

UNIVERSAL OPT-OUT SIGNALS
We honor browser- or device-based Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (UOOMs) recognized by the Colorado Attorney General. At present, the only approved UOOM is Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser transmits a valid GPC signal, we automatically treat it as a request to opt out of (i) targeted advertising and (ii) the sale of your personal data, without any further action required from you.
